Is it time to sell my bond funds?

Hi,

I have 25% of my portfolio in bond funds. I have a fidelity total bond fund and the TLT and AGG ETFs. they have been tanking obviously. should i sell and park it in cash? seems the interest rate hike is gonna cause the bonds to tumble thoughts?

Please help.
