I usually just wait an hour or so because my problems are usually internet connection problems.
And even though shel59 says Chrome and IE work better, Firefox is the only browser that really works for me.
Another thing I've noticed is that if I have too many other programs running in the background at the same time, some I don't even know about but find out about after going to Task Manager via ctrl+alt+del and clicking on "Show Programs from All Users".
I just thought I'd throw a few things out there in case any of shel's advice didn't work for you. It does 99% of the time though, he he.

IT DOESN'T WORK. I TRIED CLEARING MY CACHE AND CONTACT BUT YOU CAN'T CONTACT ANYMORE CAUSE THAT STUPID FACEBOOK CHANGED IT BUT IT STILL DOESN'T WORK! i was a pet city player last 2013 and after 4 years it still DOESN'T WORK!
