I hope your sister is ok. Thanks for asking, AliCat. I have no idea why I didn't see this sooner. She's doing okay now. She has a very rare blood disease and has to do dialysis, and during one treatment, she started having seizure/twitch like things. We were hoping it had to do with the potassium levels in the dialysate fluid, but as it turns out, it unfortunately is most likely Epilepsy, possibly caused by the disease affecting her brain. We won't know anymore until her next appointment with her neurologist. She's one tough cookie though, so she'll pull through it all.  Thanks for your concern. I'm really glad I have such good friends here. |
