Yes, just as it says. All animals, including birds, fish, insects, monotremes, arachnids, and everything else I didn't mention.
If can't think of one, skip that letter and go on to the next one. To make things more interesting though, the use of Latin names are totally permitted. For example: English - Human is Latin - homo-sapien. They all have them, so if you need or want to be creative, try checking those outs.
