For the new pet city players, everybody asking me why they're not playing because it shows the white screen with this error message is "OOPS Sorry, something went wrong". Could you help us how to solve this? It's been 3 or 4 months ago. I'd try to download the different browsers but it's not working  |

Below is a link to tell you how if you don't know.If this doesn't help then you can ask the Petcity Crew they are there just to answer questions and help with problems. Hi, my mother and friends who play Pet City invited me as their pet friend, i would like to play with them but i'm failed to loaded into the game since july, not even once..... i tried every few days and tried every ways, i use Google Chrome browser and do clear browser cache,but seems it doesn't work for me, it's still shows "Oops, something went wrong", Please help, my facebook link is www.facebook.com/jan.lee.106, Thank You. |

i contact with petcity crew but they said we can't help you! what to do now? The best thing to do is switch browsers. People have said Google Chrome works the best, but Firefox works just fine with me. Also, it wouldn't be a bad idea to check your Internet settings, and see if the same thing happens with other sites. On occasion when this happens to me, I delete all my temporary Internet files, shut the computer off, and restart it. It works for me at least. |
