Help Pet City Not Loading...

PET CITY NOT LOADING


Whenever this happens, follow these instructions. If you're not already using the Google Chrome browser, click the link below to download it. It's the best web browser I've found so far. If you already are, clear your browser cache. Then go to the URL I've included further below and clear your Flash cache (click on Delete all Sites button, it's safe to do). Then reboot your computer and load Pet City again. If this doesn't solve the problem post here or message me for further help. The Pet City loading issues should be taken care of sometime in October. The devs are working hard on working hard on this.

I tried clearing the flash cache and restarted and still pet city stalled loading ui graphics. I am using google chrome and i updated the flash player to the latest version.

Make sure you also set the graphics to medium, it will help speed up the game. And also have nothing else running when you play Pet City. It might not make the game lightning fast, but it should speed it up. October is when they plan to release new software that will fix all these issues. Let me know if your still having problems.

i cannot get in to change the settings because it stalls at 95% loaded and will not continue.

This is happening to a lot of people. If you haven't rebooted your computer try doing that as well. A lot of people say that fixes their problem. But it sounds like your doing everything else right. Rebooting may be the key.
