If you love couscous you'll probably love this recipe. I actually just discovered this recipe this week and loved it. Depending on how you wanna cook it, it will look like this.
Ingredients: 1 Box of Couscous 5 Green onions, Chopped (more or less depending on how much you like onion) 1 Clove of Garlic, Minced 1 Tbsp. Basil, Chopped Fresh or Dried 1/4 Tsp. Sea Salt 1/3 cup chopped spinach 1/3 cup of corn (fresh or frozen is best) 3 eggs 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
After you cook the couscous, through it into a large bowl with all the other ingredients and mix them together. Form it into patties and place them on a backing sheet and cook at 275 degrees for 25-30 minutes. You can also sprinkle a little more cheese on top after its done. Or you can also fry them.
