1. For those players who are in medium or low quality mode in the game. You will no longer need to switch to high quality mode when taking snapshots. Snapshots will now always be high quality resolution regardless of quality mode you're in.
2.Want to share with you some behind the scenes work that went into creating the sounds for the Peekaboo Parrot. The question in such situations is "how will we generate the sound effects?". Sound effects specialists have in the past yielded unpredictable results and can get very expensive. But it was the unpredictability that concerned us most since we had a schedule to keep. Our game producers tried finding pre-done sounds but came up short since we had specific words and phrases with particular tonalities in mind. So a few of our girls at the office tried distorting their own voices to sound like the parrot. This effort yielded some results but still, didn't quite do the job. By now we were running out of time, so I personally hunkered down with a microphone and a sound effects editor over the weekend and cranked them out. So yeah, "Here we go!" and "Yummy" and "Peekaboo", etc are the result of my contorted vocal chords. We over here at Pet City Central do what we gotta do to get the job done!
