1. Hi everyone, we will have a different release schedule next week. On Monday, Oct 31 we will do a mini Halloween shop release since it is after all the day of Halloween! Then on Tuesday, November 1st we'll do a brand new release that you can enjoy for the rest of the week. And I'll spill the beans. It will be Player Requests 3.0!
2. Because we worked to release items on both Monday and Tuesday, I'm afraid we ran out of time to get items done for LT Wed. and Thurs. So this week we won't be releasing any. We'll be back on schedule with LTs starting next week. (LT stands for limited time items)
3. Hi everyone! I have some exciting news about two new neighbors that you'll be able to visit starting today. Jackie's dad, Mayor and her little brother Truble have moved to Pet City! Just like Jackie they will be default neighbors that will always be there for you to visit. You can find them on the far left hand side of your neighbors bar at the very end. There will be some exciting surprises from them in the coming weeks. so be sure to stop by to welcome them to the game and take a look at their rooms!
4. These two problems will be fixed on Tuesday: Some players don't see their neighbors in their neighbor bar. Second, the search neighbors in neighbor bar feature is not working.
5. We've decided to skip releasing LT Wed. and Thurs items this week as well since this week's release "one week only". We'll resume with the LT Wed/Thurs items next week!
6. UPDATE. FB response problem, that affected few games was fixed on our side. If you will still have any problems, feel free to contact us!
