How do you get the mystery bags and watch video icons to re-appear on the right hand side just above the arrow please.

Usually all you have to do is refresh your page. Did you try that? What browser do you use?

I am using Mozilla Firefox but it has also happend to my daughter and she is using Chrome
I got completely out the game and it still isn't there

yeah I understand that once I watch the video's that icon disappears but it is the mystery bag icon that disappears too. Strange.

I will ask Val and get back to you. I've never had this problem myself so I'm not sure. I think it might be a facebook problem though rather than a pet city problem, so not sure if there's much they can do. I will look into for you though. But I will send you some mystery bags in the meantime.  |
