"Some players have reported and posted that their game is loading slow. I personally haven't been able to replicate the issue. I even logged into player accts that wrote to complain. I have a four year old middle of the road laptop, nothing fancy. Neighbors loaded fairly fast, the walking pet displayed for 5 to 8 seconds each neighbor I visited. So we're not sure why the increase in complaints about slowness. One thing I do suggest, if you have the game quality at High, I suggest you change to Medium and you shouldn't notice much change in visual quality but performance will be noticeably better. Another thing, if you pet is wearing the new wigs released this week, try changing out to a simpler wig and see if that helps, just as a test."
