Problem to open Pet City

I created a new account and when I try to enter the city pet out "Oops. Sorry, something went wrong". Pls tell me why and how I can fix the problem.

You may need to switch browsers I use google chrome I was using foxfire and pet city wouldn't open for me. If this is not the problem then you can contact the pet city crew at the facebook link below that will be glad to help you figure out the problem.
